yes, actually he's a character in a cartoon Jhonen did called Invader Zim - it used to be on Nickelodon but they cancelled it, it's on DVD though. It's absolutely hilarous

lol actually GIR is a robot in a dog suit - he's from the cartoon Invader Zim. He's a sidekick to this really stupid alien named Zim who comes to take over Earth...GIR is supposed to be an info-gathering robot but he's not a very good one, so he does crazy silly things all the time and drives Zim crazy. He's dressed as a dog to try to blend in with the Earth surroundings...for some reason Zim thinks that green is a good color for a dog LOL

It's really funny, you should rent it on DVD if you get the chance. It was on Nickelodeon at one time but it got cancelled b/c they thought it was too weird for little kids

that sounds cute, ill check it out on DVD, im always watching cartoon network, Comedy Central and Discovery Health channel or style network its pretty sad, i remember when i was a kid i used to be in love with Rocko's Modern Life that show was the shit back in my day (when it came on i would always sing the theme song which reminded me of the B-52's) i see it once in awhile on NICKTOONS channel.. god i hate being 21 now i miss my youth! hehe
