Glowing with Cornflower- I thought I hated that pigment until now!!!

Well, I was in for a surprise. In a hurry, I had to run out the door so I grabbed the first thing I could find that seemed to go with denim.

I was shocked when I applied several pigments with no precision- just smeared them on quickly. I really LOVED cornflower with this combination.

The second combination that I did was even more amazing in person.

The camera does not begin to capture the glow and iridescence of the second look. In person it looks 10 times more amazing- people kept remarking how amazing it looked all night and how nice I looked in it.

I guess I will move cornflower from my storage box to my useful box now!


Here is my denim look..

This would not photograph true to color no matter what I did, so I got it the best that I could. In person it was really amazing and glowy. Even the jacket color came out a bit skewed but I could not make it look as true to real life as I wanted to.

The eyemakeup flowed like water- no color differences were observable as the iridescent shimmer flowed beautifully. The camera hardly captured any of that at all. But hopefully you will get a small idea of how nice this color combo is.

Thanks! the glow that that color combo has is beautiful too- I just wish the camera could catch that too.

It is so fun to find colors that I forgot about and have them work so well for me.

I adore cornflower but got rid of it since it was not eyesafe...have they changed the formula now? That would be great!

The secret to this one is to pair it with aqua, pink, purples, etc and especially FROZEN WHITE.


It just glows when it is with certain colors!

That is my favorite one too- it literally glows in person. I was shocked at how beautifully the iridescent played out against each other and the chartreuse really set it off perfectly.

I wore cornflower again yesterday but did not have time for photos. This time it was with blue storm in alexis vogel style with all girl again in a different fashion. More smokey with blonde hair.

I was in such a hurry that day that when I passed a mirror while out, I was shocked at how nicely it turned out for a slap on job!
