can someone tell me where i can find a good fish recipe that i can bake in the oven.

a good recipe that I've used time and again which always turns out fabulous is:

Salmon with Puff Pastry and Pesto.

it is really easy- super yum, and the flavors/temperatures/textures are really great together.
