So a few weeks back I dropped and shattered one of my blushes. I had emailed Mac about whether or not I could use it as an eyeshadow because I didn't know what else to do with it. Martygreen was nice enough to let me know it was most definitely not eyesafe. I ended up throwing it out. I just got an email from Mac today saying they were sorry that it shattered, and that if I sent them my shipping address, they would send me a replacement. Wow, I am in shock. I certainly was not expecting that. I love MAC.
