I've had the same issue, i ended up quiting, cuz it was literally moral harassment...

Just come out and say what you feel and get it out on the table.. walk into I#1's office when they are in there and be like... "Look, there seem to be some tensions here in the office, and I don't like the feeling I'm getting, so if anyone needs to say something to me or straighten out any issues, let's do that right now."

I mean.. you may not be the confrontational type, but that's personally what i'd say. You cant just let stuff snowball and get worse. I dunno.. I would definitely say something.

I'd love to tell you what to do, besides do the best you can.

My work environment isn't that bad, but I do know I'm the most disliked of the bunch, because I can't stand these girls' ringleader (who isn't even supposed to be in our office!!!) and make it no secret. I'm not buddy-buddy with the chick, even though I'm polite. I won't be friends with them, since they are so fake and high school. They talk shit behind each other's back and are super sweet to each other's faces. Oh, and they also think it's acceptable to cheat on a final exam.

My best advice? Sit back, relax, and wait for it all to cave in on them. I predict that the girls in my office are going to fall apart on each other sometime this year. That much immaturity cannot allow for any kind of partnership to go on forever.

Good luck then, i know that when you're sick and tired, everything begins to fall apart, and that it makes you even more sick and tired, and puts you in a vicious circle...
Maybe she'll understand that how much you are paid and what days you work are none of her business... and if she was in the same situation as you are, she might appreciate the boss giving here some days off as well...
Be brave, try to disconnect from all this mess, focus on yourself, it will then preserve your health and your mind and you'll be stronger than ever to deal with these weird girls.

Even though things got a little hairy, it's good that you spoke up for yourself. As long as they know how you feel, that their behavior is not tolerated, all you need to do now is do your job and worry about YOU. F*ck them, seriously.. they sound like a couple of psycho bitches and they deserve each others' friendship. I would say just keep to yourself as much as possible, show your boss that you are dedicated to your work and make them look like the immature bitches that they are.

I guess the only way they could have gotten away with that would have been if your boss is out of it. Take charge, make it clear that you demand respect, not just shutting up. Don't be bitchy about it, but start doing extra stuff, help the boss out with his work. Eventually your boss's higher ups will notice and you'll probably get promoted or at least a good job and a hand shake. That's exactly what the girls don't want, because they feel they work harder than you (though if they spend their time gossiping, that's not hard work). So let them get on with it, and make them look like fools.

You might be able to fire them someday.

You should have never joined in any talking behind anyone's back. This is why it can be so hard to work with women. So jealous.. whenever someone is doing well they have to gossip or lie.. or whatever.
We all have been guilty of it.. but you have to get to a point where you think.. I really don't give a sh*t about anyone but myself - and I want to do what I can to prosper in my career. When I hear people talking sh*t about others I look at them and think.. you really must have no life because if you have to talk other people's business (or talk behind someone's back) to make a lively conversation then you're obviously a very dull person. Get a life. (I think I am freaking out because there is this girl @ my work who does this and I just can't stand her!! So I've totally cut ties---plus it helps we don't work in the same department anymore).

Right now.. I think you should just do your job to your best ability, be polite to your colleagues, and if someone wants to be bitchy to you.. just kill it with kindness. People are assholes because they want it to affect you- they want you to react to their stupidness, they want a brawl. So just brush it off.. when they see that their bitchiness has no affect on you they'll stop. Reacting to that crap is just isn't worth it.
