you can try burt's bees natural radiance shimmer wax, it looks alot like that.

from the photo, it seems pretty matte so i don't think it's a gloss.

Soft Lust looks like that on me. It's a soft beige with white pearl. So pretty!

It compares to having bare lips with a light shimmer on top.
