Hair color and mac lipstick shades?

Hi everyone.. this is a little random and off topic but I figured since I am referring to MAC lipsticks (pretty much the only type I wear), it would be ok.

I'm thinking about changing my hair color to blonde. I currently have brown hair. I'm looking to get Lauren Conrad's hair color. My only concern is that some of my favorite lipstick colors will look silly. I'm talking about the reds, girl about town .. etc. What do you guys think?

I think you should be able to wear any color lippe with Blonde Hair....At least Susanne does...and she looks fabulous in any color...But just IMO since I have never been a blonde

I find haircolor doesn't have as much to do with it as skin tone. Except red hair-that can be trickier. But blonde should be fine with whatever else you used to wear with the minor exception that some nudes may make you look too washed out. Girl about town though, woudl be fab!!!

i have very blonde hair and girl abot town looks great on me! and recently i even tried reds with coc's so scarlet and that looks pretty - i just put a lighter lip gloss on top and use a lip brush so the colours don't look to heavy and harsh.

MAC's new collection, Redhead, Blonde, Brunette (or something like that) should be right up your alley. They have created looks and colors to compliment one's hair color. There are threads dedicated to this new collection.
