hair salon question.

i have a question... if i don't like my hair.. will they give me my money back??? this girl messed up my hair 3 days ago!!! so i'm going tomorrow anyway but i'm talking straight to the manager .. what do you think??

What don't you like about it?

If the girl did exactly what you asked for, they probably won't do much. I don't know if they'll refund your money if she did something completely different from what you wanted, but they should fix it for free.

It depends. In my experience (I've worked at one for 2+ years now) if it's something huge (ex: she fried your hair, dye didn't come out the right color, cut it into a style that you didn't want/ask for, damaged your hair somehow, etc), then you'll more than likely be able to get your money back.

If it's something menial (ie: you said one inch, she took off 1 1/8th inch; you don't like how your hair falls now, etc) usually they'll try to fix it for you for free.

How did they mess up your hair?

it all depends on the salon, the last place that mess me up did give me a full refund but i know others dont have such luck.

some won't give your money back but will try to fix it. i wouldn't go back to that salon.
