Haircut at Toni&Guy tomorrow- haven't had it cut for 6 months!

Yikes! I don't know what I was thinking when I walked into Toni&Guy and asked to be a hair model for one of their trainees!
I haven't had my hair cut in AGES, (more than 6 months actually...), so it is obviously in need of at least a trim!
Looking around for a new hairdresser, I ended up going into Toni&Guy after seeing a sign up about needing hair models- now I have an appointment for tomorrow, and I don't know what to do! The girl doing my hair showed me a picture of the cut she was considering for me, but I don't know if I should go through with it, or ask for something a bit different...

It doesn't look like a huge change from what you have, I say go for it.

I think it will look nice on you. Like previous poster said..doesnt look like it will be a huge change, just some layers.

It's an awesome cut... and if the trainee screws up usually the trainer (one of the head stylists) will fix the cut before you leave!

Edit: She ended up giving me a side part as well as a bit of a fringe! I love it

She took ages over it, but it was worth it! There was a supervisor there- the Art director? to check her work and tell her where she could improve what she'd already done, and she made sure that I was clear on what she was doing and what it would turn out like.

If there are others out there on a tight budget like me (hehe poor uni student), this is a GREAT alternative from your normal hair dresser! She only ended up charging me $15 AUD for the cut!

yehh it depends on each salon i think but i paid once aswell! it does look great!! im definantly going back to toni n guy for ma next hair cut! my hairs growinggggggggggggggg

hehe they are! I would NEVER have gotten a cut there for their usual prices...

Which are as follows:

Cut and blow-dry: (from a stylist): $72+ (from a top stylist): $77+ (from style director): $82+ (from art director): $90+

the + is depending upon the length of your hair i'm guessing.


Who would want to pay that much for a haircut anyways

I sure didn't!! Just walk in there and ask if they are in need of a hair model- all THAT means is that you're prepared to have one of their trainees (supervised by one of their super pro hairdressers), do your hair, for a LOT cheaper ^^
