Half yearly sale.

I just got a mailer for the Nordstrom Half Yearly Sale. It says it starts June 7th (next wednesday).
I was wondering (and this may have already been adressed, sorry if it has) what things are planned to come out?
are there going to be brush sets again?
any information would be greatlygreatly appreciated.

I am pretty sure that the Half-yearly and the Anniversary sale are different. I think that the palettes don't come out until the July Anniversary sale. Does anyone know for sure?

Yeah, the Half Yearly is just clothes and accessories, etc. no makeup specials. That's the Anniversary sale which is in July, you can do a search for Pattern Maker and find out the date for sure. Nordies usually gives you a week or 2's notice too so you can pre-sale

The Anniv Sale is very different from the half yearly. I use to work for Nordie's and I can tell you the half yearly is yawnish compared to the anniv. sale. That's when all the new fall preview stuff comes out and all the new makeup products that have been a hot topic...so you gotta wait til mid july for all that stuff.

yeah, just another affirmation that the anniversary sale and the half yearly sale are different. those are the only two big sales nordstrom holds, the half yearly is in june, and does not have any special cosmetic items, the anniversary is in july, and that's when pattern maker is coming out. the half yearly only has shoes and clothes, for women, because the mens event is later, i believe..
