halloween help

So I'm thinking I might be a dummy for halloween like that one girl on America's next top model. I don't know if anyone saw that episode but heres her peekture.

anyone know how to get this look? Or anything close to it?

I can tell you that her eyebrows are sealed in wax and covered over and drawn on up above where her natural eyebrow is with an exaggerated arch. Also she has big fake lashes on that are all one length and a really exaggerated contour to give her that constant deer in headlights kinda look. She has her lip liner extended out past where her lip lines end to give a fake smile. Very full coverage foundation, a walnut colored lipliner (or eyeliner used on the lips) just shaded around the edges and then it looks like they filled in the widest part of the lip with a bright color to exaggerate them and make them appear plasticy.
