Has anyone tried Mod Cosmetics?

Someone just posted this link on MUA and I searched but couldn't find any reviews or comments about them.

Their shadows fit in Mac Palettes and visa versa (their palettes look v similar to Mac and are quite a bit cheaper)

Anyone tried anything from them? How's the quality? The lipsticks look nice too. The prices are so good I'm really tempted to try em'

I personally have not tried this brand so I am not much help other than the above link.

Aw, it seems like their palettes aren't very well regarded. I was hopeful b/c the 35mm should be able to hold Stila e/s pans. Oh well.

These cost more than the MAC ones but they come in a few sizes.

There is a few that hold like couple MAC size ones and the hold bigger sizes. All in one palette.

this brand stinks

I got a 15 pan palette- and almost all the shadows in it chipped, broke or the like.. I was soo upset. When you factor in shipping, its not worth it- get a MAC one.

Not sure how the shadows n stuff are. if you are brave enough to try- let us know!

I got some of the palettes....waited FOREVER to receive them! They're ok, smaller than the MAC 15-pans, not as thick a plastic or something, & that's probably what protects the shadows from breaking. I also got some of the 5-pans, and the place where you open them is kind of hard to pry apart. They're ok, but I won't order any more of them. I used the 15-pan for Milani shadows, and had wanted to use the 5's for some MAC colors I wanted together in palettes.

If the shadows are good, that's a great price!

Well I think I'll skip the palettes, but I'll eventually try the shadows. I'll be sure to let you girls know how they are
