I haven't posted a haul in awhile! So I thought I would post what I've accumulated in the past couple of months. I FINALLY managed to find a place in Winnipeg that sold NYX cosmetics, so I paid a visit there today. I was honestly in HEAVEN. But I had to refrain from spending a hundred dollars, as I'm trying to budget my money so I can save up for a new camera.
I bought:
- Lashblash Mascara in Very Black (ehh, it worked so-so. I just tried it a few hours ago)
- Physician's Formula Shimmer Brick in Vegas Strip
- MAC Blush in Mocha
- Rimmel blush in Apricot
- NYC Ultra Moist Lipwear in Peach Ice
- NYX lip liner in Rose
- NYX Ultra Pearl Mania Loose Eyeshadow Powder in Ocean Blue
- MAC Studio Stick Concealer in NC30
- MAC e/s in Nylon (IT SHATTERED :'( )
- MAC e/s in Post Haste
- MAC e/s in Patina
- MAC e/s in Club
- MAC e/s in Cranberry
- Olay Touch of Sun Body Lotion
I took some close ups of stuff:
EYE STUFF
Lip stuff:
I love NYC. The lipstick goes on pretty sheer, though. So I nuded out my lips with my NC30 concealer and applied the lipstick on top...you don't even need lipgloss! (I'm not wearing any at all) it's so moisturizing..
Face stuff:
No swatches, sorry
BUT I do have a few raves I wanted to post.
#1 - I LOVE OLAY'S TOUCH OF SUN BODY LOTION. It smells amazing, leaves my skin SUPER soft, doesn't rub off on my sheets or towels, and it actually darkened my natural skin tone/color. YUP, it didn't turn me orange! AND I started seeing results after just ONE day! The price wasn't all that bad, either. I'm deff. recomending this to everyone that's looking to get a bit of a tan before summer rolls around!
#2 - Physician's formula shimmer brick is honestly the next best thing to Bobbi Brown's shimmer bricks. If BB is just not in your budget or isn't sold near you, then give PF a try. I think I only paid about 14$ give or take a few bucks for mine, and I LOVE it. It's SO versatile as you can use it as a bronzer, blush, highlighter, for eyeshadow, etc. LOVELOVELOVE.
#3 - Could the studiostick concealer be anymore amazing!? I have birth marks that I HATE and this stuff does the trick. It also matches my skin tone perfectly.
That's about all, folks.
Might post about the lashblast later once I try it out.
Thanks for looking!
