Having problems with Manage Attachments

When I click on manage attachments nothing happens.
I have tried it on different browsers and I turned off by pop up blocker.

I mainly wanted to use this for one of the tutorials I have. I did just like Janice told me to do here

But it's not working.

It was working for me a few weeks ago.

Is anyone else having problems with this?

I have Netscape, Mozilla FireFox, Internet Explorer, & I think the other one is MSN.

I tried it with all of them.
