Having trouble w/ Greenstroke p/p

Hey!! I finally got Greenstroke p/p along with 2 others and I'm having a little trouble with it. It's my favorite color out of them and I was playing around with it last night and I'm having some trouble applying it. I used a clean, flat shader brush and it seemed like it would go on great at first and then after a few seconds it was really difficult to get on my eyelid. It was almost like it was getting too dry too fast or something. I had the same issue with it this morning. I managed to get it on pretty well but it took me over 10 minutes to get it looking ok. I also played around with Otherworldly and I didn't have any problems with that one. Is there something I'm maybe doing wrong or has anyone else had an issue with Greenstroke?

I always use my finger to apply paint pots. This seems to give me the quickest, most even, application.

Greenstroke paint ppt is the only paint pot i have trouble putting on. I always use the 242 brush to apply my paint pots but greenstroke goes on really sheer and it doesn't apply to the whole lid. I'm going to try applying using my finger.

I love greenstroke.. I do admit PP is hard to use when they gets dry on the lids. I mostly apply paint pots with tips of my fingers, even the darkest shade. But I have to be quick so they don't get dry before I paint the lids perfectly.

I use UDPP under this one just kinda to moisturize my lids and grab on to the color and i do apply it with my fingers because with a brush i just dont get good color and it dries fast but i have managed to put it on while the UDPP i still kinda wet that way the paint pot doesn't dry as fast and i can distribute it evenly (this also happens to me with soft ochre)
