HeadShot Makeup

I'm doing makeup for a friend in a couple of weeks, she is very fair with blonde-red hair and blue eyes, which would be better for her coloring Brown or Black Liner & Mascara? I'm planning on using these products so far:
Subtle or Sunnydaze
Shroom
Vanilla Pigment
Flirt Heartthrob blush
Chanel Antigua or Ipanema lippie (these are really different so whichever looks better)
MUFE foundation
I want to smudge a color along her lashes but I don't know if she is going to be wearing all black or not.
She is getting headshots done, so should we use lipgloss or not? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I think brown would be best, but a very dark brown/black. Does that make sense? lol

I'd go with brown for sure. Also, if it's a headshot, I'd put something on her lips but nothing tooo shiny - more timeless that way

Brown liner would be nice but black mascara.

Brown liner, and for the lipstick, definitely Ipanema, as the lipstick is already shiny, I wouldn't use lipgloss.

It all depends on how old she is, what type of function, what clothes she is wearing.

What MUFE foundation are you using?
