heeelp! make up and hair for prom

hey babes i am doing hair and makeup for my little sister that is going to prom tomorrow. She looks like a baby even though shes 17 already. she wants a more mature look but not over doing it. she's is going to be wearing a red dress with silver strappy heels.

please suggest anything from the make up colors to the hair. Thanks gals! =]
