Hello from a newbie and a little bit of help needed.....

I have just joined up here on Specktra after years of trying to perfect different make up techniques... I have managed to perfect some - but I am stuck on the smokey eye trick

....

Can I have some advice please? I have all the Christmas dos and I am stuck on colour and style for my eye make up, could somebody help?!
I have small hazel eyes, light blonde hair and very fair skin. I really want to do smokey eyes but I feel my eyes are too small.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do smokey eyes on small eyes? I am really stuck!

Off the top of my head, I really can't think of any techniques. Whenever I try to do smokey eyes, it looks like I got into a fist fight, but when I am just playing around, sometimes it comes out smokey. The only thing I can suggest would to be to try the tutorials forum. Try looking for a purple smokey eye because I think that looks great on hazel eyes!
