I'm Anicia from California. I've been lurking for awhile but recently I've been visiting more often and figured it's time I introduce myself. I'm fairly new to make up but my favorite brands so far are Urban Decay and Mac! I'm still perfecting my application and personal techniques and some things I can't figure out for the life of me but hopefully you wonderful people can help me out there.
