HELP! Contrast Eye shadow

Hi there sweeties, can anyone give me some ideas on what colors i can use with my lastest mac shadow "CONTRAST" it is absolutely beautiful, i just dont know what would look amazing with this color. To me it looks bluish-purple. I would be so grateful for ideas!!!!

you can use it with stars n rockets...or replace it with black shadow so it isn't too harsh. the possibilities are endless. even greens and purples will work great!

i love wearing it with parrot and aquavert, with contrast in the crease. it is a great crease colour for blue smokey eyes.
or you could do an icy look with vellum on the lid, contrast in the crease.
i love this colour so so much, its great to create an "peacock" eye, and the texture is great!

I too was clueless about what to do with Contrast (my very first MAC e/s) until I saw an FOTD on LJ that used Contrast with Aquadisiac. Steamy is also gorgeous with Contrast. I used Dazzlelight as the inner corner for both of those looks and I loved it.

Icy blue colors would also look fantastic with Contrast.

I love Contrast e/s! It goes well with greens, blues and purples. I've used it with Petal Worship on the lid, Contrast in the crease and Solar White as highlight.

I like using contrast on my waterline.. that blue makes your eyes look whiter and more awake.

I've used mine with Moonflower, Satellite Dreams, Solar White, Moon's Reflection and I also used it once with Woodwinked and it was really pretty! Contrast it also my only e/s so far that has an actual dip in it b/c I use it CONSTANTLY for eyeliner. I have green eyes with a slight touch of gold and I've found that nothing brings out that gold than a dark blue! You're going to love that color!

I read this wrong, that you wrote that you pair Contrast with a gold color, and I thought "what a great idea!!" I bet Contrast would look fantastic as very outer-v or liner with Gorgeous Gold, or NYX Champagne, or Urban Decay's Half Baked. If only I had some piggies so I could try to foil a gold ... Oooh I'm going to try this color combo tomorrow!!! Very fall!

I love contrast, I like to pair it with aquavert, vex or nocturnelle for a colorful smokey eye. Or just for the day, I'll line my eye with contrast and place a neutral color like Soba all over my lid.

also, if you don't have Submarine, Deep Truth and Freshwater look great with it too!
