I need to find something to fix my dry extremly damaged hair.

Before last fortnight it was a little dry but thats all and i had a big photo promo at work to be published in magazines so i was going to go to the hairdresser but got flu so i called a at home hairdresser, (sorry for the long story) she came with her qualifications and a great portfolio.

Before my hair was a brown/red shade and i wanted a dark blonde, my hair literally went white/orange/yellow with big chunks of brown and that woman wasnt coming near my hair again so i left it for a few days and went and brought a loreal casting creme gloss in a blonde shade specifically to take the brassiness away it worked and i can live with it for a while but now my hair is so damaged i tried ojon and i dont much care for it so really need something that works.

sorry, not making fun .. I have had wild swings and hair disasters too in the last year..
Try Joico.. K pak, Kerastase.. all good.. or if none are available where you are use olive oil and a heat cap.. it helps a lot.

good luck.. I am now a golden blonde.. from grey, white, blonde, black,

would do a protein treatment on it (ive used aphogee 2 min keratin treatment in the shower and the one thtas so strong you can only use it once every 6 weeks) with the restorative moroccan oil treatment AND the hydrating one.

When my hair feels very dry and crispy, i skip the shampoo and condition only. It sounds weird, but my hair isnt greasy and gets nice and soft

Check out the keratin oil from rene furterer, that stuff is supposed to be amazing

when my hair is super dry i use olive oil and coat my hair in it (apart from my scalp area). i leave it in overnight and then wash it out in the morning. then i also use the morrocan oil tratment line which is great. i do have the ojon oil and although it does do a good job the smell is very hard to get past!! i also use a protein treatment from redken (comes in a blue sachet) but dont use it more than every 6 weeks! or else it'll actually make your hair break more!

@mabelle, I just went and got the aphogee protien treatment, the one you use every 6 weeks, just wondering if you used this and how you applied it??
