I have tried dovefeather, but it is more purple grey then blue purple grey does that make sense? :/

Issue is the closest shadow I can think of, but it's dc'd. I happened upon it on eBay. Here's a thread w/ pics to see if it's what you're looking for. Iusedit one time to do a panda eye (by accident!) with Well-Plumed and it looked pretty decent!

You might wanna try pigment mixing,buy some samples from ebay,I think the colors you should try mixing are softwash gray,azreal blue and kitchmas .....but i dont know what dept of color you want,that would probably make a very light color,then press the pigments
