Looking at swatches, OCC's Lip Tar in Katricia looks similar to this lipstick. It may be a little lighter though, and it's not matte (if that's what you're after). Hope this helps a little.

It looks like occ hoochie to me. Katricia is bluer but it could be a mix of the 2 .MUFE 15 looks more iridescent and deeper in color.
