I am working my way back to platinum from being dark(I was platinum for a very long time before going dark) and I wasn't dark for very long so my hair is pretty fried. I ended up with this wierd goldenish color that I don't like very much, but I am stuck with it for about a month.

What can I do with my makeup to make it look better? TIA!!

Here are some pics...(don't mind the blowout, I typically wouldn't wear it like that. Not edgy enough for me!)

^^I agree, bronzes on blue eyes are stunning. So are golds and orangey-rust tones. Bronze, Tempting, Amber Lights, Antiqued, Coppering, etc.

I agree with the other girls. I love golds personally, and they would go great w/ your skintone and hair.

Amber Lights, Woodwinked, Antiqued, Bronze, Sable...

My hair is too fried to keep going lighter without losing the little bit of length I have left. So in a month I will have significant roots and I will have strengthened the damaged hairs (for the most part) and it will be a lot easier to get it a lot lighter. I could have chopped it all off and been pretty close to platinum, but I don't want short hair.

There is a way to change the shade without damaging the hair. Its something I do on people all the time. To me, you hair is still quite light its just the tone. It looks like to me when they were lightening they used the wrong toner on your hair as there is actually NO excuse that hair should ever have to be golden unless thats the tone that you are aiming for.

What I would recomend is doing a clarifying wash (with special shampoo designed to remove the artificial pigment that is just sitting on the outside of your hairs cuticle- this doesnt mean stripping it, it simpley removed any colour residue and opens the cuticle up)

Then i would just tone it with the correct toner.

Sorry, i know it doesnt answer your question about the make up, but i ws just curious.

For neutrals, I do bronze/browns or bronze/peaches (the latter has been a favorite as of late!).
