HELP! The weather's becoming harsh on my lips

I really want to use the lip conditioners but I also like to wear color...I have kids and I never know when I may have to run to school and other errands. What combos, lip conditioner plus lipgelee, would be pretty? I love Jellybabe. I am NW45 but I can pull anything off except real orange. Thanks!

I wear my clear lip conditioner under everything,...I can imagine that Valentine's lipgelee would look great over a lot of the tinted lip conditioners though,...
