Help! Tired under-eyes & those fine lines....

What on Earth is so "fine" about those lines, anyway?!

**I do know this question has been posted millions of times. But I want to link it to my FOTD from the other Day, so you can actually see the problem with your own eyes. I so appreciate your views.
I hope linking this is not against any rules??

Suggestions would be ever so welcome. Can anyone suggest a super-fantabulous undereye concealer/line minimizer? Please nothing heavy or cakey, nothing obvious, & economical (sigh)

I also need something for the 'laugh lines'. I feel desperate over these. I think I'd have surgery to erase them, if I could, but right now even purchasing a good product is a huge $ challenge....

I am major league *pale*.... don't want to be less pale; only want to cover
evidence of stress & sleep deprivation.

Your suggestions are completely welcome...remember it has to be economical...

I need a lift! The sleezoid bar on the corner kept me up til 3:13 AM (cops do nothing; this seemed such a lovely neighborhood- the "restaurant" was "under construction" when we moved in. Yeah, it was constructed into a noisey, disgusting place with a sociopathic owner (I carry pepper spray, as ever since I dared to speak at a Town Board meeting, the bully (& he is BIG) gives me a menacing stare everytime I step outside.) What happened to the noise ordinance they were putting together?
One of a myriad of reasons I feel exhausted..... & look it. Help!

I do know people have tremendously more difficult challenges in their lives, & my Life is charmed...but I haven't rested, literally, since 4 hours after Leo was born.
I feel really down Today...

I think most people do not see your "fine lines". When you develop deep wrinkles, people will see them. Insecure people will have their faces pulled tighter . Wrinkles make us look experienced and trustworthy.
If you have bags under the eye, an economical way of temporarily reducing them is Preparation H gel. (The kind with synephrine will work better than anything greasy) Just like it temporarily reduces hemorrhoidal tissues (varicose veins in the rectum) it will tighten boggy undereye tissue. Fine lines can look temporarily better with a base that has dimethicone (many of the makeup bases have this material in them) Dimethicone soothes irritation and temporarily acts like spackle and makes skin retain water. Hyralauronic acid moisturizers will also temporarily soften lines and cause skin to retain water. No cream can fill in lines permanently. Don't believe the claims "better than Botox". Most of the drama behind creams have to do with psychological boosts rather than reality.
Exfoliation also can make lines look lessened. A nightly coat of salcylic acid is less dramatic than a peel, but the results are the same in the long run.
