What kind of look do you want? THe sky's the limit with a black dress.

You could do red lips, glowy skin (shimmery stuff on your cheeks and eyes), and a delicate line around your eyes with dramatic lashes.

If you want to go the smoky eye route, I think you'd look gorgeous with a dark blue smoky eye.

I would think purples would be great for a smoky look- it adds color to your face while still remaining "classy".

-Put a dark base on your lid (blackground p/p, sharkskin s/s, or blacktrack f/l) and a flesh colored primer above crease
-Dab a gunmetal color over lid (charred, knight divine, or even a silver color would be pretty)
-Put black tied or carbon in outer V
-Put Creme De Violet, Satellite Dreams, or Purple Haze in crease
-Blend above crease with Beautiful Iris
-Highlight with a neutral, satin or matte e/s
-Line waterline and upper lashline closely with black e/l

i would do a bold lip but the eyes im not sure because the ski really is the limit when you're wearing a black dress.

I would go with smokey brown look or greys.

FOr the brown look:

Base: Bare Canvas Paint or Beig ing Shade Stick
Inner Corner of eyes fairlight pigment or shroom or grain e/s
Eyelid: Sable or Woodwinked eyeshadow
Crease of eye: Beauty Marked Eyeshadow or just carbon if you don't have that
Some Fake lashes with lotsa mascara

And keep the lip neatral. Something like Hue or Snob with a bit of gloss

For the smokey Grey look:

Base: Sharkskin shadestick or Blackground Paint Pot or Blitz&Glitz fluidline all over lid
Middle part of eyelid : Knight Divine e/s
Outer corner/Crease of eye : Black Tied or Charred
With lotsa bootblack or blacktrack fluidline flicked out
Go over all over it lightly with a light colour pigment to give a bit of sparkle. I like fairy light.
Then maybe a light lipstick?

I always think it's easier to play up the eyes for a night out than lips. Lipstick is a pain to keep re applying. Eye stuff will make a statement in any photo and with your skin and hair colour these combos would look pretty!

Hope that helps x

There are so many possibilities. Some are of my favorite combinations are bronze lips with a combination of bronze and turquoise eyecolors, red lips with either a gold or silver eye combination, purple lips with either a green and wine colored eye combination.
