Help with Beauty Powder quantity

Hi! Can you guys help me out?

I swapped for two 1g portions of two Beauty Powders. They seem so small -- they came in baggies and I poured one into a MAC black-topped sample pot and it's maybe 2/3 full. Does this seem right? Are the Beauty Powders that small? They are 3.5g.

Well my beauty powder jar's net wt. says 8g. So if they swapped you two 1g samples (1/8 of the jarx2=1/4 of a jar) of beauty powder. You'd want to make sure that swap was fair....

Sorry but I'm not entirely clear when you say you got two 1g portions, but then say 3.5g-->maybe clarify and someone can help further?

While arranging our swap she said the beauty powders were each 3.5g full size. So I was swapping for two 1g portions. The portion I put into a sample pot does not fill it ... I guess I expected to get more product. Was my expectation way off?

You're saying the beauty powder is 8g in size?!

full size they are 8 grams.

I didn't swap for full sizes, I swapped for 1g each of two beauty powders.

Yeah that wasn't fair. Maybe next time check MAC's site first if it seems a bit off like that.
