Help with light nude lip color.. read on for picture

I know the picture is small, but i'm looking for this lipcolor/combination of lip colors that have this very glossy but light nude look. Also maybe a lipliner?

Ciao Manhattan l/g shows up on me like that!!! Ciao Manhattan l/g is my fav peachy nudey pink color. Dab on some concealer on ur lips and Ciao Manhattan and ur all set!!!
