HELP!!

so I was new at the time to MAC and buying it...UGH im so dumb, well after reading this site for hours(LOL) i found out my 5 pigments ive bought from the the seller redbluestar are fakes. they have the spout inside..what can i do on ebay to get my money back! i just did the 'report items' thing...but ive already deleted them from my "won" section.. help meee!! i bought them in January 2011 if that helps too!!

you can message the seller and say that you know they are fakes and that you want your money back and that if you can't settle it that way then you will file a paypal claim.

I don't think you can open a Paypal dispute/claim since you paid for them in January. There is a 45 day deadline after payment for opening a dispute.
I hope you paid by Paypal using a credit card. That way you can send the pigments back and chargeback with your bank. I hope the seller will be cooperative so you won't have to deal with all this.

i actually emailed them saying "FAKER. i know you sold me fake pigments, I want a refund now" and they refunded. they were like "enjoy the makeup anyways" yeah, okay, my GARBAGE CAN will be enjoying that sh*t. hahahahah Thanks for your help fellow makeup crackheadssss ;-)

oh well at least she refunded you! but yeah it's good to bin them! you don't know what's in them!

Yeah definitely throw them out! For that price there is no telling what is in them!! Better safe than sorry. I just had a reaction to an eyeliner (it was even a real one not a fake one) and let me tell you the outcome of a makeup reaction is not a pleasant one. It looks like someone punched me out!

thanks for the help!! i got a refund, and tossed em! phew!! Im trying to hold off on buying more makeup til I finish my mua classes., and get my macpro card. ahhhcant wait!!
