hi everyone! since i'm new i'd like to introduce myself a little.
i'm 19, and a makeup fanatic! i hope to get into a cosmetic program in college as a foundation for when i take more advanced makeup courses, and hopefully become legit! i'm nothing too special for now, but i think my art skills would be able to translate into makeup.
anyway...just a little start-up question...
can anybody tell me how to achieve eyelashes like this? i know the top lashes are probably fake, but a lot of people have the volume thing going on and i can never get it done perfectly...especially if i want to do a basic look but really enhance the lashes...tips, anyone? they'd be appreciated.
