Hey there, just introducing myself. I've been lurking for a few days and decided to join. I am a southern girl, and I love all things beauty related and am quite the nail polish junkie. I am just getting into MAC, so I am excited for each new collection. So far, I have really enjoyed the sense of community I see on here, and the wealth of knowledge from fellow beauty lovers
I am a wife, mother of twin boys' and a nurse. Right now I work from home, and take care of my boys'. So I have a lot of time to stalk websites and watch youtube videos about makeup..lol..I look forward to joining in the specktra community

Thank you!! I have worked all over..lol..I started out in the OR. I have worked in pre-op & post-op, med-surg, and oncology. I also worked for an oral & maxilofacial surgeons office for several years.. I love nursing and will be heading back to work soon. I took a few years off to be with my twin boys', but now that they are older I am ready to go back. That's one thing I love about nursing, there's always a job for you. What is your specialty?

I am a Hospice and Palliative nurse--I've been doing end of life care for the past 7 years and before that worked all over the hospital. I just finished my masters and will be sitting for my family Nurse Practitioner board exam soon!
