Okay we have practically the same coloring.
Let's see................
"Expensive pink" will make your eyes pop nicely.
You could try "Paradisco" as well.
"Cranberry" would look pretty on your lid with "Sketch" in the crease/outer corners.
Also, "SolarWhite" (like my name, ha) would be a nice brow-bone hilighter and also put it in the inner corners and sweep it above your crease. It'll make your eyes pop with any of the colors I mentioned. SolarWhite LOOKS white, but it has a lot of warmth. It's awesome. Pardon me if they don't have solarwhite anymore 'cos it may of been limited edition,can't remember.
Also, I know you asked for e/s but "Style" blush would go nicely with your skin tone.
AND... Have you tried using black liner, or like dark grey instead of brown? For myself, even with my fair skin I prefer black liner/mascara.. it makes my blue eyes pop more then the black. And I know brown is suppose to make em pop better, but maybe I am a freak! So I would suggest a "black track". Also a smokey look using carbon or blacktied and some some grey would look nice.

OH! My last edit, I swear, if you like pinks, try "GIRLIE"!! All over lid!! Choose darker crease color like a black or cranberry.. or you could even do a nice nuetral look and throw a bit of girlie in your crease.
