I was looking at that product as well, so if someone has any info on it please share!

The High-Light powders should be regarded as more of a blush. The actual highlighting quality of it (pearly, light reflecting finish) is actually just an overspray as someone else mentioned. What that means is that the top layer has the pearlescent finish, but after that is used up, it is much more of a satin or matte cheek color.
This was very disappointing to everyone, which is why they are still available and in stock. I love the presentation of the product, with the balloons and stuff, but if you are looking for a real highlighter, try a Mineralize Skinfinish, or another product that has light reflective properties throughout instead of just on the top.

so... I broke down and bought the High-Light powder.
I was too curious..plus i wasn't as into Mac when Balloonacy came out.
So I got it in the mail last night. Well there is nothing High-Light about it.
But it is a very pretty warm peechy color under allof the sparkely sheen.

Yeah the CCO I went to today had a lot of each of them and I almost got it, but then I saw that the pearlized shimmer was just a top-layer thing which was, well, quite disappointing. I am going back in a couple weeks and will try it in person, because it could be decent but if it's too much like Alpha Girl, I'll pass.
