highlight for the undereye?

rite im a bit confused about wot to use, or how i can produce this effect?

basically wen i tooked at a few pics of the kardashian sisters, i saw that they had a solid shade of colour ( matte colour - looked like a good shade lighter than their skin colour ) under their eyes, next to their blush, which really highlighted the eyes, made the eye make up and blush really stand out! beautiful.

is it jus concealer, or is it translucent powder or is it a certain highlight colour u can buy. the colour is not shimmery. huuumm? ne ideas?

I think its the concealer, because its always lighter under the eyes and because of their heritage they seem to carry darkness under the eyes naturally (have seen kim without makeup).. she uses concealer NW25 in the pot.. thats why you notice the lightness around the eye area.. then she uses a either a pink blusher ( I have pink swoon) or "gingerly" depending if its either "pink" or "apricot/neutrals.. I looovvvveeee their makeup too its very similar to nicole from the pussycat dolls!!!.. hope that helps.. Joanne Australia x
