I never even knew this show existed before. The only reason I started watching is because none of the regular shows where on and I was having withdrawal from TV during the holidays.

This show is sad and disgusting and horrifying all at the same time. It's like watching a car accident where you can't seem to tear your eyes away. I can't believe that there are actually people who live like this.

The stats at the beginning of the show state that approx. 3 million people are considered hoarders and that is seriously scary. Obviously they are not all as disturbed as the people from the show but it is still scary.

Anyone else watching?

I've seen it a few times when I've managed to catch it while channel surfing, along with other random specials about it...

It is sad to see these people. Especially for the ones that are getting evicted from their homes, because it is a problem that isn't fixed overnight it seems.

I remember seeing one episode where a lady was having a garage sale to get rid of some of her stuff, and during her sale she went out to other people's garage sales and bought more stuff to replace what she was selling...
