My skin is usually pretty clear..I sometimes get the random pimple (its always in the middle of my forehead for some reason

Anyway thats not what I'm worried about,my skin is majorly discolored I have the crappiest skin..especially on my face..I'm like Homer Simpson's twin

^See that picture of Eva Longoria without makeup..look above her lips how she has that dark colour..I have that all around my mouth

Does anyone know how I can get rid of this because I dont want to wear high coverage foundation since the rest of my face is clear and normal.

I'd have thought that your best bet would be to get an appointment with a dermatologist and see what they can do for you. Good luck!
