DO NOT USE this service. If part orders cannot filled it all falls apart. You are asked to respong if you wish to continue with the rest of the order, only to find that eveything stops. If the part order is advised to be filled once stock is available - guess what - nothing happens. Nothing is followed up. You cannot access anyone. Emails to 'customer service' might as well go to the ether as they are ignored. Do yourself a favour and go to ShopBop.com - far superior, you can speak to someone, you can get answers.

not surprising! they are ridiculous with their fees anyway, they only repackage if the total weight of all parcels comes to more than 3kg, and i paid around $70 bucks, for something that merely weighed around 500 grams (they determined the total weight at 2.8kg, because of dimensions bla bla bla bla.....) and yes you are right, customer service is a joke.
