I'm a french MAC addict and I would like to know more about the "mixing medium"...This product is not available in France. Is it a pro MAC product???

I think it is a pro product, I bought it at the pro store in Montreal. I know some people make their own my mixing distilled water with glycerine, or using Visine eye drops. It's just a watery substance to change the consistency of pigments so you can apply them wet.

i LOVE ur looks, thanks, just subscribed to all .... 2 qus: what lipstick color on top of beet? and is subtle e/s still avail.? if not, can u recommend something to put unde reflects antiqued gold piggie, for similar look? (would woodwinked e/s work?--just ordered it. i currently have nothing in this color family-i have yellow undrtones & have to be sure neutrals will SHOW on me) thanks

If you don't have Subtle pigment which was indeed LE, I'd suggest Satin Taupe as a dupe. But this would work really well with Woodwinked underneath as well, it's more golden, I'd try that.

The lipstick is Show Orchid (as written in the tutorial.) It's a pro lipstick, I think.
