Kohl liner on the lower waterline and smudged out below the lashes can make your eyes look really sexy and intense...but I find the look tends to "close up" small eyes.

they show this look in the new Elle (US) on Kate Moss as the ''rockstar's girlfriend'' look haha. i thought it would look stupid on me but it looks ''edgy''
