How are your storing your make up over this heat wave?

Hi Everyone,

So we've had some nasty hot days

but I am wondering what you all do to protect your make up from turning into one

hot melted/sweaty mess!?

All my makeups are in the fridge!! Well, except e/s, lipglosses and powder, etc

mine is still sitting in my traincase at the bottom of my bathroom shelves.

90% of my lipsticks are carried around with me in my handbag though (I dont have that many) and I'm usually in airconditioning so I guess thats ok.

Mines also sitting in my train case in the bottom of my walk in robe! When my bf gets home from work he puts it infront of the air con - what a sweetie!

I don't have enough room in my fridge for make up

It's too small!!

I left a lipstick in my handbag the other day when I was walking around town. It was nowhere near the heat that you guys have been getting (it was about 35 degrees), but it got all melted and yuck. It was my favourite, too.

Thankfully- in summer at least- I live in a concrete brick house so it doesn't get that hot inside. Yay.

My stuff are still in the fridge.. I heard the temp is going up again, so they can stay there until the weather settles down a bit.

Yeah as it's cooled down I've put my stuff in my bedroom.. I'm heading to Sydney tonight so I hope it doesn't get super hot in Melbourne and melt all my stuff! I'll have to ask my housemates and boyfriend to go check on my lipsticks haha.

wow i didnt even think of moving my makeup which i keep in my bathroom...hmm,i did notice my lipglosses being quite runny

^^ Yeah, even my Creme Wash, which has been sitting in the bathroom got so runny and I ended up using so much! So another product to the fridge!

Thank god my house is air conditioned. I've noticed the lipsticks in my bag sometimes are "sweating". Freaks me out!!

If its melted you can always depot it into a couple of pans and put them into a palette - salvage whats left

All my lippies are in the fridge.... we had 4 days in a row of 40+ degrees where I am and it SUX!!!!

Hi all,
Im in adelaide and my concealer, foundation and paintpots are all in the fridge. i nearly had a heart attack when i came home and saw them starting to "sweat" in my bedroom!!

People all over Australia are losing their minds.

It's so difficult!! I hear that NSW is going to be the hottest place anywhere in the world tomorrow?! I'm in Vic and we might be getting a high of 47. NO!
