How can I get this look?

It's Paris..but I love the look!

*~*It looks like a golden eye w/ a hint of green; the eyes look like either Goldmine or Gorgeous Gold e/s all over the lid lined with Juxt e/s at the base, the cheeks look like Dollymix or Pink Swoon, and the lips look like Dior Addict Ultra Gloss Reflect in either Lacy Apricot or A Stitch of Brown (I rec'd. this gloss because of the last pic I attached).
