I seriously need you help!

I am a pale NC 15 girl and without makeup I always look like a zombie, my skin has some kind of grey undertone and overall I look very tired. Are there any methods that will help me get a natural glow without makeup i.e. special treatments or food?
I can´t use face scrub because my skin is very sensitive and I get pimples from it (neutrogena glow!

Thanks for any advice!

What about your water consumption? I mentioned this in another thread. There really is alot of truth in the benefits of drinking a lot of water.

I think that old saying "You are what you eat" is very true. You can try increasing your intake of fresh leafy green things, vitamin c and even take oils like Flaxseed or Fishoil. Of course drinking plenty of water is meant to do wonders as well. It couldn't hurt

On my days off I like to sit around the house in my jammies and treat my skin to some DIY treatments which usually involve fresh fruit like pineapple or strawberries or plain yogurt slathered on my face. Have you tried any of the fresh masks from LUSH? They are pretty good. Ayesha is fantastic! If you are finding the scrub you were using is giving you problems, maybe try a different brand until you find one that you like. You can even purchase face loofah's, and scrubbers from shops like The Body Shop. That way you don't have to worry about any product irritating your skin. Exfoliating is a really great way to bring the glow out of dull skin.

Lastly, you can try different skin treatments which claim to brighten the complexion. I've been using L'occitane Imortelle Brightening serum twice daily for 4 weeks and it is fantastic. My skin is looking radiant! I don't attribute the radiance to just the product alone though. I think having a healthy lifestyle plays an important role.
