how do i get this look ? false lashes?

i was half a sleep and i was googling stuff and i seen this pic i dont know her or how to contact her i dont even remember what the website is
can some one please tell me how to get this look she looks like the same complection as me. i love how she did her eyes
i dont know if she used false lashes or not and what else she used
please help


did she uses bottom false lashes ? if so where do i get them


also what lip color

it looks like falsies + mascara to me!
i'd do mac myth lipstick with c-thru lipglass for her lip

Yeah they look kinda spidery but way too long to be natural, so possibly just a lot of mascara on top of false lashes? It's hard to say if she's wearing them on the bottom. My bottom lashes are super long like that, but those seem slightly longer than normal.
