HOW do U POP vanilla & frozen pigments?

hi

i just got vanilla pigment & frozen white pigment. (i range from NC 25-30 skin tone) and would like to know some techniques to make these piggies POP on my eye, as a highlight under brow, for example.

i am using bare study pp, as a base, and i used frozen white (dry) with shroom under it, this morning, but would still like more POP

any suggestions? thanks

Use it over your base only (don't put Shroom under it), or for the best color, use the pigments wet.

maybe try the Cream Color bases? they have a pearly white color & beige/nude colors.
