If you have pigmented lips?? I keep seeing "I have SUPER pigmented lips" and stuff like that- but I have nooooooo idea if I do or not.. haha!! How do you know???

You can tell if you have 'super' pigmented lips when you put on lipstick/gloss but your natural lip colour is still kinda obvious. that's a bad description lol but it's basically what DirtyPlum said - if they're deep in colour

If your lips are the same color as your skin then they wouldn't be pigmented.
I think I remember reading that Angelina Jolie has really pigmented lips and she used to hate them when she was younger, so she would wear a greenish-gray concealer as lipstick.. yikes!
My lips aren't SUPER-pigmented, but they definitely have a noticeable color of their own. That's why I don't like to wear lipstick w/ more than a couple shades difference, because I think my natural color looks best on me! Mine are like a mauvy-pink, so I can just throw on some gloss and i'm good to go.

Or you know if they really stand out from your skin colour. My lips aren't that pigmented so I can count on my glosses to look just about the same on me as in the tube.
