how do you remove loud lash?

i'm new so i don't even think i posted this in the right place but i couldn't figure out where else to put it! i've used a bunch of mac mascara before, mascara X, pro lash, pro long lash, zoom lash, fibre rich lash (my favorite all around) and i've never had trouble removing it. today for the first time, i used my loud lash, and i cant get it out! it didnt come out when i cried, or when i tried several makeup removers. help!

Have you tried oil-based eye makeup remover?

If that doesn't work, simply drip a few drops of baby oil onto a cotton ball - that will get the stuff out no problem
