I am just curious. My sister is really good with makeup and such, and recently I have helped her start her MAC addiction. I always thought she would be a great MA, but she has no experience, just what she does at home with her own makeup. Can someone will little or no experience get a job as a MAC MA? What do they look for in those that they hire to work retail counters? How would she go about looking for open positions? TIA!
