Hey,
Recently, I've been quite worried about the amount of hair that comes out after I have a shower. I'm 20 and used to have really thick, wavy hair, but now it seems a lot thinner. I don't have any bald spots (my mum has checked) and I've been using Aussie shampoo and conditioner to smooth my hair out for the past few months. My hair is quite long now, probably the longest I've had it for years. When I come out the shower, I comb my hair and run my fingers through it to get rid of all the loose hair, but there's so much of it! I know the average hair loss a day is 50-100 hairs and that's probably all it is, but I'm quite concerned.
Also, I've just moved back home from uni for the summer and there are numerous things stressing me out. I wondered if this has anything to do with my apparent hair loss? Or whether I'm over-analysing the situation and really it's not as bad as I think it is.
Any help would be appreciated! Thank you.
