How old do I have to be to work at MAC?

I'm 14 and over the past summer i have made makeup my life by learning how to do looks from youtube and blogsites. I recently started collecting mac and other brands of makeup along with experimenting with color on my own face. i was wondering if any of you know the age when u can apply to work at a mac counter or store or if there is some type of intern thing i can do at a counter or store.

I think that depends on where you live and the labor laws there.

I do believe to work specifically at MAC you must be 18 years of age or older, before they will employ you.

Eighteen is the magic age. But don't fret. Use the time to practice. By the time you are eighteen you'll be golden! You're off to a good start. Try creating looks of your own and experimenting. Really polishing technique. Also if you can, see if your friends will let you do their makeup. Doing your own makeup is very different than doing someone else's. So look for opportunities. Take pictures along the way so you cane evaluate your work. Unfortunately, most cosmetic jobs require you to be 18. Ulta might hire you at 16. ask your artist to explain what techniques she is using and explain your goal. Chances are she'll be happy to help.

The very vast majority of cosmetic houses will only hire people aged 18 and over.
